IRS's 2007 Cost-of-Living Adjustments Available

The Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") has announced its annual cost-of-living adjustments for the 2007 tax year. These IRS adjustments affect the amount of benefits payable and the amount of contributions allocable under retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, defined benefit pension plans, employee stock ownership plans ("ESOPs"), and simplified employee pensions ("SEPs").
