IRS Announces 2010 Cost-of-Living Adjustments

On October 15, 2009, the Internal Revenue Service ("IRS") announced its annual cost-of-living adjustments for the 2010 tax year. These adjustments affect the amount of benefits payable and contributions allocable under qualified retirement plans.
