According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the number of retaliation claims in the United States has doubled over the past 10 years.  An article by Kutak Rock LLP managing partner Alan Rupe published in the Thursday, November 6, 2008, issue of The Wichita Eagle describes a changing business landscape due to these rising claims.
