Mr. Rock, a founder of Kutak Rock LLP, is of counsel to the firm in the Omaha office. With Robert J. Kutak, Mr. Rock established the firm in 1965. He has an extensive background in general corporate and bankruptcy reorganization matters, corporate finance and federal securities law. Mr. Rock provided general corporate counsel services to Boys Town during the administration of Father Robert Hupp in the 1970s and 1980s. He served as president of the Omaha Bar Association in 1973 and in 1988 served a term as president of the Nebraska State Bar Association. From 1992 to 1995 he served on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association. He is a former president of The Robert J. Kutak Foundation, a philanthropic institution established in 1983.
