Accomplished Litigator Reid Page Joins Kutak Rock's Growing Denver Office

Kutak Rock LLP is pleased to announce that Reid A. Page has joined its national litigation practice. Page, an experienced trial lawyer with sophisticated clientele, will be resident in the Denver office and joins the firm’s nearly 170 litigators in representing the firm’s clients in commercial litigation matters. Kutak Rock’s Denver office, celebrating 40 years in 2017, and consisting of more than 85 attorneys, represents clients in the Rocky Mountain region and nationally in the full range of business and governmental matters, including business and corporate transactions, commercial litigation, public finance, and real estate law.

Page brings to Kutak Rock more than 16 years of experience representing clients in complex business and financial disputes in state and federal courts across the nation. Clients rely on Page to resolve disputes involving claims of fraud, securities fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and breaches of contract in a wide variety of transactions. He provides guidance to clients in the investment banking, private equity, financial services, energy and natural resources industries.

Page has been recognized in Colorado as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star 2009-2015, and was named a “Compleat Lawyer” by Law Week Colorado. He serves on the board of directors of the Valor Bridge Foundation, a leadership development organization that helps carefully selected veterans adapt their military competencies into valuable skillsets that are prized in the private sector. Additionally, he is a co-founder and serves on the board of directors of the Denver Brown Water Society, a nonprofit that raises money for Colorado-based veteran- and children-focused charities.

Page received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Mercer University in 1997, and earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2000, where he was a member of the American Criminal Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Colorado state courts, the United States Courts of Appeal for the Tenth, Eleventh and Federal Circuits, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
