Isaiah is a member of the firm’s corporate/real estate department, Corporate Securities Group and Institutional Investments Group. He advises emerging and middle market companies on securities compliance, equity and asset purchase and sales, venture capital funding and corporate governance. In addition, he also advises industrial investor clients concerning their alternative investments. Further, he provides general corporate counsel regarding equipment purchases, sponsorship agreements, consulting agreements and other general commercial transactions.

- Represented venture-capital backed client in the acquisition of multiple agribusiness- focused software companies
- Negotiated multiple pension plan clients’ collective private equity investment of $43 million in a fund targeting growth-stage healthcare services companies.
- Negotiated the consulting, design and construction agreements for an ecommerce client’s refurbishment projects in multiple states and internationally.
- Assisted a solar energy client with drafting, negotiation and due diligence related to multiple lease transactions
- Represented corporate client regarding the installation of a solar energy system at a facility in Hawaii
- Represented banking client concerning the licensing of data security software
- Represented telecommunications client in the procurement of flight-based analog cable signal testing
