He has also advised underwriters, lenders, investors, and rating agencies in connection with debt securities in multiple sectors including affordable housing, renewable energy, transportation, healthcare, utilities, and other public infrastructure. 

Additionally, Neo has extensive experience counseling and representing international companies and their U.S.-based subsidiaries in commercial disputes and with general corporate and transactional matters in the U.S.
