Lisa concentrates her practice in the representation of creditors in connection with front-end structuring and documentation, insolvency, restructuring, workout and enforcement matters. She has represented asset-based commercial lending and landlord clients in bankruptcy, district and state courts across the United States in all stages of the remedy enforcement and bankruptcy process including pre-bankruptcy negotiations, litigation, distressed asset sales, plan confirmation, financing arrangements and resolution of executory contract and lease issues and has handled all stages of collateral foreclosure proceedings.

Lisa also has significant involvement in the structuring and documentation of commercial lending, leasing and purchase transactions, including transactions using bankruptcy-remote vehicles. Her experience includes lending, financing and bankruptcy matters spanning a wide array of industries including healthcare, franchise, manufacturing, real estate, municipalities and tax credits.
