Meghan primarily concentrates her practice on matters involving insurance coverage and analyzes the existence and scope of coverage for a variety of claims, such as general liability, professional liability and excess/umbrella coverage.

Meghan represents clients in insurance litigation including declaratory judgment actions, bad-faith lawsuits and coverage disputes among multiple insurers. She also participates in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including antitrust litigation.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock in 2010, Meghan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laurie Smith Camp and Honorable Lyle E. Strom in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the Honorable William Jay Riley, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
