Jeff Fletcher is a partner in the firm’s Fayetteville office. Mr. Fletcher represents a wide range of clients from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. His practice focuses on commercial litigation in state and federal court. In addition, Mr. Fletcher regularly defends corporations in class action lawsuits and health care providers in medical malpractice cases across the state. He has trial and appellate experience in both federal and state courts throughout Arkansas.

Representative Experience:

  • Representation of a large retailer in a class action lawsuit involving allegations of unjust enrichment, conversion, and violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act;
  • Representation of a large retailer in a class action lawsuit involving allegations of a pattern and practice of wrongfully collecting insurance premiums from its customers;
  • Representation of a large retailer in commercial litigation involving allegations of breach of contract and fraud stemming from a supplier agreement;
  • Representation and defense of multiple software companies in various lawsuits involving allegations of breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, and violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act;
  • Representation and defense of a local bank in litigation brought by Lehman Brothers involving allegations of breach of contract and unjust enrichment stemming from a Loan Purchase Agreement;
  • Representation and defense of a doctors in numerous jury trials involving allegations of medical malpractice and wrongful death;
  • Representation and defense of numerous health care providers and specialties including family practice, obstetrics and gynecology, emergency medicine, general surgery, neurosurgery, hospitals, ambulance companies, paramedics, and EMTs in matters that did not result in jury trials;
  • Representation of nursing homes and landlords in class action lawsuits involving allegations of breach of contract and violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act;
  • Representation and defense of nursing homes and their agents or employees involved allegations of breach of contract, personal injury, medical malpractice, alleged violation of patient’s rights, and wrongful death;
  • Representation of a design-build contractor in a major construction dispute involving allegations of breach of contract, professional negligence, fraud, and violation of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act;
  • Representation and defense of a local business in a premise liability lawsuit involving catastrophic injuries;
  • Representation of individuals and companies before the Arkansas Supreme Court, Arkansas Court of Appeals, and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
