Michael has a nationally recognized practice in advising insurance companies and risk managers on the handling of complex and large insurance claims, both domestically and internationally. Daily, he advises insurance industry leaders and professionals on risk and coverage.

He has lectured on insurance coverage and bad faith for continuing legal education organizations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Michael is actively involved in providing CLE insurance presentations to insurer and corporate clients and general counsel staff.

He is a veteran appellate advocate of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey intermediate and high courts and the Third Circuit. Michael has tried numerous jury, arbitration and nonjury civil tort and declaratory actions to verdict in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
