Kamille has represented clients nationally in over $20 billion in aggregate principal amount of various municipal bond and structured debt financings. She focuses her practice on metropolitan special districts, hospital and senior living transactions, student loan securitizations and EB-5 loan financings.

Kamille regularly advises on the financing of development projects and represents metropolitan districts in Colorado as bond counsel and disclosure counsel and underwriters as underwriter’s counsel. Non-profit and governmental hospitals also turn to Kamille for counsel on health care bond financings. She also represents student loan issuers throughout the country in a full range of federally guaranteed and private student loan asset-backed securitizations; she advises the benchmark issuers in the student loan securitization sector as well as all of the major investment banks in the space.

  • Bond counsel for governmental and nonprofit hospitals in Illinois and Colorado in connection with over $1 billion of tax-exempt bond financings.
  • Counsel to new commercial enterprises and regional centers in connection with loan documentation and EB-5 capital deployment aspects of EB-5 financings.
  • Bond and underwriter’s counsel for tax-exempt and taxable student loan issues throughout the country with respect to Higher Education Act student loans and private, supplemental student loans, including over $19 billion of fixed-rate bonds, variable rate demand bonds and LIBOR floating rate note structures.
