Allison's practice consists primarily of commercial lending and real estate transactions. Her real estate practice includes acquisitions, leasing dispositions, financing and property management matters. Allison has represented a variety of developers and real estate investors in connection with multifamily projects, medical and other office projects and retail centers. She also has extensive experience in multistate commercial lending secured by real estate, including drafting and negotiation of documents, due diligence, and title and survey reviews. Allison has represented commercial lenders in a wide variety of commercial finance transactions, including transactions secured by restaurants, hotels, retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, storage centers, retail centers, and general business assets. Additionally, she has considerable experience in restructurings and workouts for borrowers, lenders and landlords, and has handled many non-judicial foreclosures.

  • Representing lenders in documenting commercial and residential loans involving fee-owned real estate, ground leases, non-real estate assets, and receivables.
  • Representing lenders and other financial institutions in loan workouts, modifications, foreclosures, and loan sales.
  • Counsel to lender with large portfolios of loans secured by real estate and other assets in Arizona and assisted it with non-judicial foreclosures.
  • Assisting client with the sale and transfer of over 1,500 properties across the United States through fee transfers and corporate transfers.
  • Representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of fee interests in multifamily apartment complexes, mobile home parks, commercial properties, and vacant land. 
  • Counsel to automotive lender in connection with flooring line financing for both new and used vehicles, including drafting and negotiating loan documents.
