Dane, who is Chair of the Scottsdale and Spokane Public Finance Department, has extensive experience acting as bond, issuer’s, company, disclosure, bank and underwriter’s counsel, representing clients throughout the U.S.

Dane’s clients range from governmental entities and nonprofit corporations to public and private for-profit corporations, investment banks and commercial lending institutions. Dane’s practice focuses on charter school financings, including new money and refunding financings, multi-state and multi-campus financings, direct loan financings, publicly and privately offered financings and lease based financings. 

Dane is former counsel to the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Banks, and has developed a wealth of experience in structured debt and derivative transactions.

  • Bond Counsel on more than 150 transactions benefiting charter schools in 10 states, including the $192 million financing benefiting the American Leadership Academy Schools in Arizona.
