Theresa's practice involves representing developers, syndicators and investors on matters involving the low-income housing tax credit program, the historic rehabilitation tax credit program and various state tax credit programs. Her practice also includes representation of national syndicators as primary counsel on Native American housing transactions. Theresa also serves as counsel to various state housing agencies charged with the establishment and operation of the low-income house tax credit program in their state.
