Bradley’s practice involves asset-based and cash flow financings of all types.

Brad, a member of the firm's Finance and Restructuring Group, has more than 34 years of legal experience in the finance industry and has represented non-bank financial services companies, national and regional banks and their subsidiaries and other financial institutions. Brad has been involved in thousands of transactions over his career and has counseled clients as they develop and rollout financing structures and programs and transfer portfolios of financial assets.

Brad represents financial institutions and borrowers in many types of commercial and governmental financing transactions in a wide array of industries, ranging from smaller and middle market transactions to large multi-lender syndicated deals. Brad’s practice includes: equipment leasing and financing transactions; asset-based lending; revolving and term loan credit facilities; project finance; letters of credit; vendor program agreements; energy tax credit transactions; sale-leasebacks; direct purchase bond and tax-exempt transactions; lease and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions; real estate finance; and restructurings.
