Patricia has been directly involved with numerous public and private offerings of various types of asset-backed securities and cash flow financings involving numerous asset types. Recently, she has been counsel to lenders for new commercial loans and for a number of workouts of secured loans and securitizations, including transfers of servicing and portfolio loan purchases. Patricia also represents borrowers and investors in portfolio management of low income multifamily housing loans, real estate loans, loan sales and loan refinancings and restructurings.
