Kutak Rock partner Amy Van Horne has become a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She is the first woman in Nebraska to be asked to join the Academy, which was established in 2008 and consists of attorneys distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the methods of alternative dispute resolution.

In her work with Kutak Rock, Ms. Van Horne has successfully mediated a wide variety of disputes, and regularly mediates cases in both Nebraska and Iowa. She has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury and products liability, where her years of litigation experience for both plaintiffs and defendants provide insight into how a case will progress to verdict.
