Teresa has obtained numerous verdicts, summary judgments, dismissals and favorable settlements for her clients in a very broad range of litigation.

Teresa has tried over 75 jury trials as lead counsel in both state and federal courts in cases involving such subject areas as contracts, torts, insurance, consumer protection, commercial transactions, professional liability, property, and employment. She also has handled numerous non-jury trials, mediations, appeals, and large-scale eDiscovery projects.

  • Obtained dismissal of third party pipe inspector’s claim against pipe manufacturer for on-the job injury.
