Kutak Rock partners Penfield Tate and Bradley Boyer collaborated to assist a professional athlete in negotiating and finalizing a player agreement. Drawing on their various areas of experience, Boyer and Tate were able to quickly review and refine deal points and finalize the player agreement and related documents. The final terms of the agreement were favorable for the client and both the client and his agent were pleased with Kutak Rock’s services.
