Kutak Rock partner Sara English has co-authored a feature article concerning the use of social media titled "Helping Clients Mind Their Ps and Qs: Best Practices for Identifying and Managing Risk." The article appears in the March/April 2016 issue of The Nebraska Lawyer magazine.

In the article, English and co-author Rebecca H. Davis explain that social media is constantly evolving and that organizations must continually respond in order to protect themselves against the risks of social media as they realize the benefits.
