Mr. Roth is a partner in the Denver office of Kutak Rock LLP and practices primarily in the areas of corporate, corporate finance and commercial law. He represents clients on general business issues, corporate transactions with respect to formations, acquisitions, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, re-organizations, mergers and divestitures as well as secured transactions, commercial loans, health care matters and natural resources transactions. Mr. Roth represents private and public companies and nonprofit entities in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, technology, real estate, health care and natural resources. With over 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Roth has been principal counsel to hundreds of corporations and nonprofits during each stage of their business, protecting their assets and leading them to successful and profitable resolutions in their transactions.
