Kutak Rock attorneys Mitch Padover of the Scottsdale office and Dave Weill of the Omaha office represented two non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs) in connection with the acquisition of 68 California gas stations and convenience stores that were leased to United Oil.

The Kutak Rock team assisted the REITs in the preparation and negotiation of the purchase agreement, due diligence, lease amendments and the closing of the transaction.
