Kutak Rock attorneys Mitch Padover and Heather Fox of the Scottsdale office represented a non-traded real estate investment trust (REIT) in connection with the acquisition of the Lafayette Pavilions Shopping Center in Lafayette, Indiana. The 350,000 square foot center is leased to 35 tenants and anchored by Gordmans, Hobby Lobby, Gander Mountain and TJ Maxx.

The Kutak Rock team assisted the REIT in the review and negotiation of the purchase agreement, due diligence, tenant estoppels and the closing of the transaction.
