Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Peter Grandey has joined the Corporate Department in its Denver office as an associate. Grandey has experience representing public companies in securities, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, transactions and governance and compliance matters. Most recently he was employed at Energy Fuels, Inc., a uranium mining company headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado.

Bill Martin, Chair of the Corporate Department in Kutak Rock’s Denver office, states, “Peter will use his in-house experience working for public companies to support our securities and mergers and acquisitions practices. His substantial experience on public filings and annual reporting will prove valuable to our clients.” Martin added, “Peter’s experience at Energy Fuels, Inc. and Sandspring Resources, Ltd. will make him a great asset on transaction projects for our natural resources and energy group.”

Grandey earned his law degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 2011 and his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College in 2005. He is admitted to practice in Colorado.
