Working with the Kutak Rock’s real estate team, Richter has advised ULC on negotiation, acquisition and disposition of its real estate investments, as well as represented ULC in matters regarding organizational concerns, financing products, development agreements, land leases, property management issues and complex ownership structure establishment.

In the article, Richter states, “It is a pleasure to work with such dedicated (and fun!) individuals at ULC who are committed to the fulfillment of community needs for affordable housing, schools, community centers and other essential projects. I highly value my work with ULC and feel privileged to work with such outstanding individuals towards the continued preservation of urban real estate for the benefit of our Colorado communities.”
