Ms. Cung, the first Vietnamese person to be licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas, has been practicing law for more than 20 years. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and complex insurance defense. She has participated in jury and bench trials involving a variety of claims, including contract, construction defect, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury, professional liability, and malicious prosecution. She also has extensive experience with effective use of mediation and success in obtaining dismissals for clients by way of early dispositive motions.

Ms. Cung has also assisted clients with administrative matters before the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Review Commission, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and other regulatory agencies.

Ms. Cung has a special interest in the motor carrier industry, assisting trucking company clients with contracts and agreements, government disputes and regulatory issues, as well as defending them against negligence claims.

Ms. Cung serves on the Governor’s Advisory Council for Emergency Medical Services. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Arkansas and on Panel B of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct. In July 2016 she was appointed Co-Chair of the Arkansas Bar Association Commission on Diversity.
