Kutak Rock attorney Niki Cung has been appointed to Co-Chair the Arkansas Bar Commission on Diversity for 2016-2017.

The Commission on Diversity addresses the opportunities and challenges in encouraging and increasing diversity within the Arkansas Bar Association, within the legal profession, and within the legal system generally in Arkansas.

Cung is a partner in the firm's Fayetteville office. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and complex insurance defense and has participated in jury and bench trials involving a variety of claims, including contract, construction defect, product liability, wrongful death and personal injury, professional liability, and malicious prosecution. She also has extensive experience with effective use of mediation and success in obtaining dismissals for clients by way of early dispositive motions.
