Mitch Woolery, a partner with Kutak Rock LLP, presented on “Tax Reform Updates” on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in connection with the firm’s annual CLE for In-House Counsel -- "Protecting Corporate Interests From Inside." Mr. Woolery discussed pending legislation including the proposed Border Adjustment Tax and elimination of Interest Deductibility. Mr. Woolery is a member of Kutak’s Tax Reform Task Force which is focused on keeping current on tax reform trends. He practices in the areas of Merger and Acquisitions and Tax.
