Kutak Rock partner Michelle Ueding presented at the ESOP 2016 Midwest Conference held September 8-9 in Milwaukee, WI.

Ueding led an interactive session titled "ESOP Essentials: Ten Things You Need to Know as an ESOP Trustee," and provided a "Legal and Fiduciary Update” to ESOP sponsors, fiduciaries and practitioners in a session covering recent court cases and regulatory activity.
