Mike’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, borrowers and lessees in many types of financing transactions covering a broad range of industries and asset types. His many years’ experience as a business line general counsel for one of the largest US-based finance companies gives Mike a deeper understanding of his clients’ goals and challenges and allows him to more effectively counsel his clients.
