Kutak Rock partners Bradley Boyer, of the firm’s Los Angeles office, and Alan Rupe, of the firm’s Wichita office, continue to expand their media and employment practices as they recently negotiated a deal to launch a new Los Angeles-based radio show, “The RaqC and Nachin Show,” on MEGA 96.3FM, a Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. station.

Boyer and Rupe worked in conjunction with entertainment manager Melissa Perez of MVP Management in the successful representation of radio personalities Raquel “RaqC” Cordova and Ignacio “Nachin” Sandoval. Kutak Rock acted as Cordova and Sandoval’s entertainment counsel to review and finalize the proposed deals.

As a result of the deal reached with Spanish Broadcasting Systems, Cordova and Sandoval return to MEGA 96.3 FM to host the weekday morning show from 6 to 10 a.m. The morning show debuted on October 27, 2014.
