Mr. Reeves is an associate in the Little Rock office’s corporate group. His practice focuses primarily on corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, private equity fund formation, as well as other matters affecting both public and private companies.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Reeves gained extensive experience in the oil and gas industry while working for such major corporations as Schlumberger, Baker Hughes and Southwestern Energy. Mr. Reeves' work focused primarily within the fields of production fluid chemistry and analytics, field engineering and environmental analysis.
