Kutak Rock Elects 27 Attorneys to Firm Partnership

Kutak Rock LLP is pleased to announce that 27 attorneys have been admitted to the firm’s partnership as of Jan. 1, 2015. The new partners were selected from 11 of the firm’s 17 locations and represent a range of Kutak Rock’s practice areas.

Chicago

Mariza E. McKee concentrates her practice on the representation of private and public companies in securities and corporate matters, including structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance; she specifically focuses on EB-5 financings.

Denver

Barry A. Burns focuses his practice on real estate and finance matters, and represents commercial lenders, community development entities, developers and other investors in a variety of transactions.

Whitney A. Kopicky advises clients on a wide variety of complex corporate transactional matters, including corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, private and commercial real estate matters, and intellectual property matters.
