Kutak Rock recently served as bond counsel to the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority on financings for Vail Mountain School and Kent Denver School, and as underwriter’s counsel on a financing for the Alexander Dawson School at Rainbow Mountain. The firm assisted the three independent schools in lowering their cost of capital by accessing the tax-exempt bond market. The Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority (Authority) originally was established by the Colorado General Assembly to provide affordable capital financing for colleges and universities.
