Kutak Rock attorneys Lizbeth Levinson, Gilbert Boyce and Elise Dieterich will speak at the International Wood Products Association’s (IWPA) World of Wood Convention on March 20, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The session, “After the Lumber Liquidators ‘60 Minutes Report’—Protecting Your Company From the Fallout,” will focus on the practical steps every company should take to protect itself after the recent 60 Minutes segment on laminate flooring.

The 60 Minutes report alleged laminate flooring was non-compliant with California’s Air Resource Board (CARB) Phase 2 rules. The attorneys will highlight: what the lawsuit against Lumber Liquidators is really about, what the CARB 2 rules actually require and how to make sure companies are ready if lawyers and regulators starting probing into the issue.
