Kutak Rock advised Bear State Financial, Inc., parent company of Bear State Bank, in connection with its merger with Arvest Bank. The merger closed Friday, April 20, 2018 for a total consideration of approximately $391 million, representing one of the largest intra-state bank mergers in Arkansas history.
