Kutak Rock employee benefits attorney John Schembari presented at the Annual Nebraska Safety Council Conference on September 20, 2016.

The presentation, titled "Keeping Your Wellness Program Legal," centered on avoiding complicated legal issues when formulating/implementing an employee wellness program. Schembari touched on various laws revelant to operating wellness programs, including HIPAA, the ADA, the ACA, ERISA, COBRA, the IRC, FLSA, among many others.
