Jeremy Fitzpatrick Appointed to Board of Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts appointed Kutak Rock attorney Jeremy Fitzpatrick to the board of the Nebraska Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (NCDHH). Fitzpatrick has specific experience working with government officials, the Nebraska Department of Insurance and advocacy organizations to encourage insurance coverage for hearing aids for children. Fitzpatrick was appointed along with Norm Weverka, President of the Omaha Association of the Deaf and Dr. Stacie Ray, an Associate Professor of Practice in Audiology.

The NCDHH is a government organization that promotes and advocates for the deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing citizens of Nebraska. The commission encourages equality and opportunity and communication technology enhancement for these individuals.

Fitzpatrick is a partner in the firm’s Omaha office and focuses his practices on construction law. He currently serves on the board of directors for Voices for Children Nebraska and Nebraska Hands & Voices.
