Kutak Rock attorney Jad Davis moderated and presented on a webinar panel, “The New Coal Ash Regulations,” on April 22, 2015. Davis joined the panel with faculty from CataCatawba Riverkeeper Foundation, Inc., Exponent, Nova Engineering and Environmental and Schiff Hardin LLP.

The webinar focused on the Environmental Protection Agency’s final rule regulation Coal Combustion Residuals (CCRs). The panel discussed how to manage the cost of CCR regulations, groundwater monitoring for ash facilities, CCR compliance preparation of coal ash disposal facilities, and effluent limitation guidelines.
