Gil Rosenthal, a partner in the Denver office of Kutak Rock, presented on “EB-5 Financing and Foreign Investors: An Investment Capital Program on the Rise” at the Colorado Bar Association CLE: Financial Institutions Subsection Luncheon on February 18, 2015.

Rosenthal’s presentation highlighted the basics of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, history and recent program developments, regional centers discussion and other legal issues. The luncheon, co-sponsored by the Financial Institutions Subsection of the CBA Business Law Section, was well-attended and offered for one general CLE credit.

Rosenthal is a member of Kutak Rock’s EB-5 practice group and has a broad-ranging domestic and international corporate practice specializing in mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, private equity investments and loan transactions. He works extensively with the structuring and formation of corporations, limited liability companies and other alternative entities for use in joint ventures, international transactions and other complex business arrangements.
