Kutak Rock attorney Deborah Froling published an article titled "Diversity: An Effective Talent Management and Business Development Tool" in the August 2017 edition of Capital Connection, a monthly publication of the Capital Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

In the article Froling says that as client companies look to serve an ever-increasing diversity in their customer bases, so too should the legal profession reflect that diversity.
