Fred Marienthal Appointed to CU Denver Chancellor’s Development Committee

Fred Marienthal, a partner in the Denver office of Kutak Rock, was recently appointed to the University of Colorado Denver’s Chancellor’s Development Committee. The Chancellor’s Development Committee assists with fundraising efforts for CU Denver’s schools and colleges.

As a member, Marienthal will represent the School of Public Affairs and will be an advocate for the university and facilitate outreach activities. He will also work with the committee to increase volunteer involvement and develop a cohesive fundraising effort across the university and its respective schools and colleges. Marienthal graduated from the CU School of Public Affairs in 1979 with a Master of Public Administration degree.

Marienthal is a partner of Kutak Rock in Denver, where for over 31 years he has enthusiastically represented clients in over 760 public finance transactions totaling more than $26 billion. Marienthal focuses his practice on higher education facility financings, conduit private activity bonds, nonprofit facility financings, multifamily revenue bond financings and single-family mortgage revenue bonds.
