Matthew Enenbach and Vicki Buter, partners in Kutak Rock's Omaha office, have been named to Benchmark Litigation's 2016 Under 40 Hot List.

Enenbach and Buter are two of only five attorneys in Nebraska and approximately 475 nationwide to be chosen for the Under 40 Hot List. 

Mr. Enenbach primarily represents clients in high exposure products liability and other significant injury litigation.

Ms. Buter represents clients in the financial services industry focusing primarily on securities litigation and regulation as well as complex commercial and business litigation disputes.
