Mr. Fox is a partner in Kutak Rock LLP's Omaha Litigation Department, as part of the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. His litigation practice focuses primarily on white-collar criminal defense, government or regulatory disputes and investigations, parallel proceedings, corporate internal investigations, and federal grand jury investigations. Mr. Fox’s practice includes experience in matters alleging violations of state and federal antitrust laws, criminal and civil fraud, health care fraud, violations of securities laws and securities fraud, and the False Claims Act. His experience includes criminal, civil and regulatory matters brought by the FDIC, SEC, Department of Justice, the United States Postal Service and various state regulatory and administrative entities, including the Nebraska attorney general. Mr. Fox additionally represents clients in administrative proceedings, including Medicaid and Medicare appeals on behalf of managed care providers, administrative appeals on behalf of health care providers, and with respect to professional licensure disputes.

As part of his government regulatory practice, Mr. Fox also has experience working with state and federal procurement laws, particularly with respect to protests of adverse procurement decisions.

In addition to his white-collar and government regulatory practice, Mr. Fox has experience representing litigants in federal and state courts in complex business and commercial disputes. Mr. Fox has also represented national banking institutions in residential mortgage lender liability litigation. Toward that end, Mr. Fox has represented litigants in matters alleging violations of TILA, RESPA, and related to the securitization of mortgage loans.
