Kutak Rock LLP assisted the City and County of Denver, Colorado and El Paso County, Colorado to establish the Denver Metro Mortgage Assistance Plus Program and the El Paso County Turnkey Mortgage Origination Program.  

Purchasing a home is still an integral part of the “American Dream,” but having sufficient funds for a down payment on a home is often a barrier for low and moderate income individuals and families to achieving home ownership. These down payment assistance programs offer 30-year fixed rate mortgages with a down payment assistance grant equal to 4% of the mortgage loan.
