On October 15, 2015 Ms. Prosser was an invited speaker at the headquarters of a prominent insurance company which has a division which specializes in mass tort and environmental claims defense. Ms. Prosser addressed a number of issues of importance to the national management of mass torts including the following topics: existing and emerging judicial “hell holes”; current and emerging tort tort claims, particularly in the chemical and food industry; and national defense strategies designed to combat new litigation tactics by the plaintiff bar.
