Mr. Kay is a partner in the firm’s Denver office, focusing his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation. He successfully represents clients in trials, arbitrations, appeals and mediations in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas. For example, Mr. Kay represents homeowners, homeowners associations, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect and design disputes. In addition to an extensive construction litigation practice, he also represents plaintiffs, defendants and insurance companies in all personal injury, bodily injury, bad faith, subrogation and premises liability claims as well as representing business entities in antitrust litigation.
