Mr. Dodd is a partner in the public finance department of the firm's Scottsdale office. He focuses primarily on serving as bond, underwriter’s, borrower's and disclosure counsel on public finance transactions for cities, counties, school districts, colleges and universities, hospitals, 501(c)(3) organizations, and state agencies. Mr. Dodd’s experience includes representations involving general obligation bonds, revenue bonds and sale-lease and lease-purchase financings.

Mr. Dodd also works directly with financial institutions on the direct purchase of municipal obligations.
