Mr. Eades’ law practice is devoted to handling complex commercial real estate and general corporate matters throughout the United States. He actively represents clients in commercial real estate acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, sale-leaseback and tenant in common transactions.

A significant portion of Mr. Eades’ practice involves the representation of landlords and tenants in retail, industrial and office leasing transactions. He also provides advice to office building and shopping center developers with respect to all aspects of their business, including such matters as entity formation, land acquisition, permit acquisition, construction, financing, leasing and sales.

Mr. Eades represents both national lending institutions and borrowers in negotiating, documenting and closing mortgage loan and mezzanine loan transactions. He is experienced in representing clients in connection with distressed commercial real estate loans including negotiating forbearance agreements, workouts, restructurings, property acquisitions and dispositions.

Mr. Eades also has significant experience in structuring, documentation and closing of Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
